What kitchen utensils are available exactly?

The kitchen includes:

  • Two small pots
  • One small pan
  • An arepa grill
  • Glasses, plates, cutlery, and cups according to the capacity of each cabin
  • Utensils for the grill

How does the jacuzzi work?

For the bunker cabins, the hot tub is filled with hot water. For the A-Frame cabin, there is a separate heater. The common Picuzzi has its own independent heater.

How does the water in the jacuzzis work? Is it recycled?

No, all Jacuzzis are cleaned and filled with fresh water for each reservation. The water is not wasted but is used for plants and toilets.

Is there a parking area?

Yes, there is a common parking area.

Are there mosquitoes?

Yes, but they are sporadic. We recommend bringing insect repellent if you wish.

Is it very cold?

It gets cold at night, so bring warm jackets. You'll find a very cozy cabin with a good blanket waiting for you.

Is the water drinkable?

The water is not drinkable. We will provide you with water for your use.

Do you have air conditioning?

Yes, all cabins have air conditioning.

Can I swim in the lake?

No, the lake is not suitable for swimming.

Is access to the lodge difficult?

We recommend using a 4wd, although it is possible to reach the location with any vehicle that does not have low suspension.

Policies

Is there a minimum stay?

During weekdays, there is no minimum stay. For weekends, reservations must be from Friday to Sunday.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

  • Check in 2 pm (flexible)
  • Check out 1 pm (flexible)

Do we need to bring our own bedding and towels?

All bedding and a set of towels are provided for each guest at no additional cost.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking inside the cabins (hookahs, cigarettes, ecigars, cigars, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Guests may smoke outside their cabin as long as all stubs are cleaned from the patio area, gravel, and lawn areas. Guests who do not comply will be charged a cleaning fee.

Do you offer refunds if we cancel?

Yes, you must cancel 48 hours before arrival.

Are deposits required?

For reservations via Whatsapp, a 50% payment is required by bank transfer. In addition, the full amount of the reservation must be paid at least 24 hours in advance of check-in. Don't miss the opportunity to secure your accommodation and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

Are children allowed?

No. Children are only allowed if the entire complex is booked.

Can I have visitors?

No, the areas are only available for registered guests.

Is there delivery service to the location?

Yes, there are local stores where you can order. The information will be in the brochure.

Do you offer decorations, romantic plans?

Yes, we offer decorations, romantic plans, and catering services. Please contact us for more information.

Do you have day passes?

We do not offer day passes or sun day options.

Do you have a restaurant service?

We do not have a restaurant service at the moment. We recommend bringing easy-to-cook food, as the kitchen is equipped with basic items and you have a very easy-to-use gas and charcoal grill.

Will there be a receptionist when I arrive?

Yes, someone from the team will receive you and give you all the details.

Are meals included in the prices?

No, the prices do not include food.

What is included in my payment?

Cabin, ice, charcoal, firewood, coffee, water, access to bicycles, bonfire area, and gazebo.

What restaurants are nearby?

The Corazón de Jesús Parador, El Cachimbo de Mamá, Alterra Restaurant, Fresco Restaurant, among others.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make the reservation immediately through Airbnb or you can contact us via Whatsapp or our social media.
